Returns and Refund Policy

At NCM Studio Academy, we sincerely want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online course, we hope that you will contact us immediately and explain the situation. Resolving the problem is our first priority for your satisfaction.

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refund requests must be made within 12 days of the start of the class.
    • The course must not be more than 30% completed to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Refunds will not be granted if more than 30% of the course content has been accessed.
    • Courses purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds are not available for downloadable resources or materials that have already been accessed.
  3. How to Request a Refund:
    • To request a refund, please contact the president of NCM Studio, Inc. at nancy@ncmstudio.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
    • Your request will be reviewed and she will do her best to respond within 3 business days.
  4. Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  5. Exceptions:
    • In certain cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion. Please contact us if you believe your situation warrants an exception.
